Being certified as a Best Place to Work is a proud moment for the organization. The recognition was largely based on positive employee feedback collected through an anonymous survey, in which team members expressed high levels of satisfaction with their work experience. It confirms that the efforts to build a strong, inclusive, and engaging workplace are making a real difference.
We are deeply honoured to receive this recognition in Romania, reflecting our desire to create an exceptional working environment. I am delighted that we have built this team of wonderful and talented people, motivated by the drive to improve patients’ lives. Internationally, in 2024, Novo Nordisk ranked first, for the second consecutive year, on the list of the top 30 Best Places to Work. We are glad that we maintain a similar footprint in this area in Romania, where we ranked within the top three organizations.
